For over a decade, we’ve been helping new students and postdoctoral scholars from India, locally, find the right research fits, suitable careers and settle into life in the U.S. Now, we believe it’s time to scale up and serve a larger community.

 

We’ve joined hands to bring together our network of friends—and their friends—across diverse disciplines, so we can share the collective knowledge we’ve gained over the years. Our hope is that the next generation can go further than we did, with fewer obstacles along the way.

Looking back, we often wonder how much better things could have been had we had access to a strong mentor network that leveled the playing field.
